Tried on multiple occasions to view 4 properties. On ALL 4 attempts, no one got back to me. Their reasons were that because I didn't leave a mobile number they said it was spam. I left a BHP email address which is how I wanted to correspond. I didn't leave a mobile as this is then passed around the office and you get unsolicited spam about unrelated quires. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED after one of the agents got it from my email signature!! Then to make things even more unprofessional, he cancelled a private viewing 30mins prior with covid". Absolutely ridiculous excuss.I pity the paying sellers if this is the service proproperty provides.Stay away if you want an active agent who will do everything possible to sell your house.Cements the contempt people have for real estate agents"

-To Chris & Nick you really need to look further for your staff. We went to a house opened for lease today and had the unfortunate experience of meeting Madison Clairs, a so-called 'Property Manager'. When we asked why the house was in such poor repair and condition, she responded with a try-hard condescending lecture telling us that we 'didn't have to apply for it if we didn't like it'. When we asked why the photos online bore no resemblance to the disgusting condition the property was in, she said they were the only photos she had, adding that 'all real estate photos are staged'. Such fantastic people skills and such a wonderful advertisement for your business ! If she was my property manager I would be sacking her immediately. Maybe she should go back to being a receptionist, but she would need to improve her communication skills first. It's a shame I couldn't leave zero stars.Reply after Owner replied:Whoa !! No-one engaged in any 'threatening or aggressive' behaviour. The closest thing was Madison's acid tongue when talking to us. I don't know why you would try and turn feedback about your staff into something it clearly wasn't. It is a poor effort on your behalf and only goes to prove my point about your poor choices.
